SJ LOA is an affiliation of entrepreneurs and business minded people. We have existed in a number of loose forms in the past and now unite under one name. The SJ LOA group provides a platform for our members to operate their businesses or interests from. It also allows us to pool our resources and knowledge together to allow for better outcomes.

While our members are from a diverse range of backgrounds, we all believe in a small set of fundamental core rules.

• All people involved in our business actions, except those specifically out to sabotage, are treated with great importance and respect. People make our businesses and make our customers. Without them, our businesses can not exist.
• High risks are only ever taken when the resulting potential loss does not impact anyone negatively. Risks are required in all business, but we can not justify any risk above a moderate level when peoples lively hoods could potentially be effected.
• Apply direct action when problems arise. When an issue is known, regardless of what it is, do not sit on it. Problems in the world, community, locality and in the business are often very easy to find. When presented with the chance to fix something, we do it as soon as possible. Waiting only exasperates problems.

SJ LOA conducts business services for our members. Members also partake in the business operations as direct shareholders. The business entity is held by the founders of the group. All profits are fed back to our members.
